Personal data processing principles

Rights of data subjects
Under the GDPR, your rights are:
- The right of the subject of OU to be forgotten, to be erased (Article 17 GDPR)
- The right of the data subject to be informed of the data held by the controller or processor about the data subject (Article 15 GDPR)
- The right of the OU subject to object to the processing of his/her personal data (Article 21 GDPR)
- The right of the OU subject to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- The right of the data subject to have the possibility to transfer his/her personal data from the controller to a third party (Article 20 GDPR)
- The right of the subject of an OU to request a human review in the case of automated decision-making (Article 22 GDPR)
- The right of the OU subject to update his personal data so that an out-of-date version does not cause him harm (Article 16 GDPR)
In accordance with Article 21(1) of the Treaty, the Commission shall 4 GDPR specifically informs you that you have the right to object to automated individual decision-making and that, pursuant to Article 21 para. 2 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. It also informs you that if you suspect that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
