Types of ICF TMD blocks

Transitional Block

It is the main building block. It is mainly used for the construction of straight wall sections in low-rise buildings, but is also easily processed to create irregular architectural forms.

Terminating Block

The corners of the building (house, swimming pool) are made of one passage and one terminating block. Due to the overflow of the concrete mix, it is necessary to cut holes in the overlapping wall. The load-bearing walls and door openings start to be assembled with termination blocks, which are combined with pass-through blocks in the next rows.

Tight locking of blocks

This in-line connection ensures that there are no leaks. There are specially configured locks on the top and bottom of the unit walls to ensure that there is no shifting and the joint is tight. This jointing system is ideal for maintaining project-specific geometric dimensions and wall impermeability.

Deep side lock

Another important part of block structure. This lock allows the blocks to be securely joined in a single row, eliminating the possibility of concrete leakage.

Geometry

Ideal geometry is the calling card of thermoblocks. Thanks to the automation of production and the absence of the human factor, the wall constructed from such thermoblocks is perfectly flat.

Crossbar

A unique feature of thermoblocks is the radial shape of the crossbar connection to the block wall. It increases the area of the adjacent space. This means that the block becomes maximally resistant to cracking during the pouring of concrete.

Density

High quality control standards ensure that the declared density of the thermoblocks is 25 kg/m3.
